A company is considered dormant if it is not engaged in business activities (trading), yet it is still required to file annual accounts. We offer services to file your Dormant Company Accounts, ensuring compliance with Companies House regulations.

Understanding the Confirmation Statement
A confirmation statement is an annual report submitted to Companies House, providing updates on directors, secretaries, registered office address, shareholders, share capital, and people with significant control.
You must submit this statement every 12 months, with the first one due a year after your company's incorporation date.
Clarification: The Confirmation Statement differs from annual accounts, which include financial details such as profit and loss. Both are legally required to be filed annually with Companies House. If you're uncertain which to file, contact us for assistance.

Understanding Company Dissolution
Dissolving or 'striking off' your company involves removing it from the official Companies House register. When opting to dissolve your company, you have legal obligations to fulfill. Our company dissolution service assists you in preparing the dissolution form.

If Your Company Has Been Dissolved, We Can Help with Restoration
If your company has been dissolved and you need to restore it to unfreeze your assets or continue trading, we're here to assist. We specialize in both administrative and Court Order restoration processes.
Administrative Restoration
If your company was struck off due to non-compliance at Companies House, we can restore it through administrative restoration. This process usually takes 2-4 weeks to complete and includes the filing of all necessary documents.
Court Order Restoration
If a DS01 form was filed to dissolve your company voluntarily, restoration must be done via the Courts. This process typically takes 3-4 months and involves serving the application on the Treasury Solicitor and the Registrar of Companies.
